We are recent clients of Exit Realty of Lakeland in the hands of Bruce Joffe. Our home was already on the market for two years when we contacted Bruce based on two recommendations from our neighbors. We were highly discouraged due to the market and the anxiety of our beautiful home not selling. Bruce encouraged us, and he made it seem as though we were his only clients. I have not found another Agent that is half the quality of Bruce, he is the asset you want on your side. Bruce Joffe is a prompt and efficient "go getter". I have a small home in central Florida that was for sale with the builder of the community. He had the property listed for almost a year. I was less than satisfied with his commitment. It was at that time that I decided to list with an outside realty company. I called three numbers for interviews. The first one I called never answered and didn't even have an answering machine to take my information. That was not going to facilitate a showing. Other realtors were interviewed, and I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce Joffe.
He came for the interview and presented himself well and had numerous comps and information, that I would need to help sell my home. I felt he was extremely professional and very interested in listing my home and eventually selling it. Of course the market has decreased for any homes in our area, and there are many neighbors who are also trying to sell; not to mention that the builder still is trying to sell three more sections.
