That Said, There's Some Important News I Must Share With You...

You've likely read or heard the news that Uncle Sam may begin funding the purchase of millions of dollars worth of foreclosures right here in our own backyard.

Yes folks, the foreclosure monster is still hungry. These government purchases are a start toward rehabilitation. The big question is still how much longer home values can continue to plummet!

By the way... Those of us still paying can only hope that it won't be for much longer.

For my consummate fence sitters (and you know who you are!), I reiterate that mortgage rates are still crazy low, and soon you will be suffering from the dreaded , if I had only bought while rates were so low syndrome! Boo Hoo Boo Hoo!
